New to lifting or need a kickstart?

We run Beginner Inductions on Friday at 11am and Sunday at 12.15pm once a month for those who are new to heavy lifting and/or have never been in a weightlifting space before. The Lift Room Inductions take place with Jodie, the Founder + Head of Fitness.

These sessions will take you through:

Fundamental movement patterns featuring the squat, deadlift and press. Plus - how to adapt them for you.

Proper breath and bracing.

How to apply progressive overload.

And more…

There will then be time to ask Jodie any questions.

Inductions are 75mins long and cost £25.
