    We offer a very generous referral scheme for our customers. Refer a friend who goes on to purchase a block or recurring membership and receive a free credit to use on any class.

    Guest Passes

    If you have a recurring Lift or Reformer Membership, either 8, 12, 16 credits or Unlimited, you will receive free guest pass[es] to use per month. This pass is added to each new billing/renewal month.

How to apply

Email hello@builtlondon.com with the subject line:
“Concession Request – [Your Name]”

Include:

  • Your full name

  • The role you work in

  • A quick proof of role (e.g. NHS ID badge, staff card, student ID, or payslip header)

Once verified, we’ll send you a discount code valid for 6 months.
When it expires, you can reapply by sending updated proof of eligibility.

Terms

  • Standard late cancellation (12h) and no-show fees apply

  • Concessions can be withdrawn if attendance is inconsistent or policies aren’t followed

  • Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts

  • Codes expire after 6 months — you’ll need to reapply to renew

  • Offered at the studio’s discretion
