LIFT GROUP CLASSES

STRENGTH LAB

OPEN LEVEL: Our Strength Lab Sessions have the capacity of 8 people max, as they are centred around a large lift, such as a barbell back squat, and therefore are more technical, slower in pace, but lifts will be heavier. These sessions are perfect if you are looking to refine technique or working towards PBs. They run across a minimum 8 week cycle, although you are welcome to drop in anytime, and culminate in a test week.

Strength Lab Sessions are also pregnancy and postnatal friendly.

STRENGTH LAB FOUNDATIONS (MONDAY, TUESDAY + FRIDAY)

Strength Lab Foundations is our most accessible strength class β€” created for those who may have never lifted before, or who are returning after time or injury and want a slower, more supported reintroduction.

With just six people per class, it offers a calmer, more focused space to build confidence and learn the basics safely. You’ll work with barbells to practise key functional lifts, such as squat or deadlift, but in slightly higher rep ranges and with less overall volume than our other Strength Lab classes.

This hypertrophy-based approach is ideal for beginners who aren’t quite ready for the demands of our main Strength Lab format. There’s no testing or test week here, and the training cycle runs slightly longer to give you space to learn. When your coach feels you’re ready, they’ll guide you towards our main Strength Lab classes to continue building from there.

CALISTHENICS (LEVEL ONE + TWO)

Learn the art of the Beautiful Strength through mastering your bodyweight. Expect pull ups, push ups, parallel bars and ring work. Break down form and technique. Level one is suitable for complete beginners - however for Level Two we suggest that you are able to hold your own body weight in both a (modified) plank for 30 seconds minimum and dead hang from a bar for 10 seconds. We would also ask that you can link a minimum of 5 push ups. Elevated is fine.

CALI x STRENGTH LAB

OPEN LEVEL: A hybrid class that blends calisthenics skill work with traditional strength training. Expect a mix of bodyweight progressions (like push-ups, handstands, and core drills) alongside strength-based accessories using dumbbells or kettlebells.

This class is open level β€” perfect if you’re new to calisthenics but want to build the foundations with proper coaching, or if you're looking to support your bodyweight work with added strength.

It’s technique-focused, challenging, and built to help you move better, feel stronger, and progress steadily over time.

CONDITIONING CLUB

Conditioning Club, the Built way.

A strong, intelligently programmed conditioning session designed to build endurance, threshold and lasting fitness. Expect simple, effective movements β€” ski ergs, dumbbells, box step overs and bodyweight work β€” delivered with structure, purpose and plenty of room to scale.

It’s challenging but welcoming, energising without being intimidating, and always done with quality and intent.

This is conditioning that fits into your training, not something you have to survive.

MOBILITY X STRENGTH LAB

This is strength training with mobility at its core. Sessions blend loaded mobility, controlled strength work and intelligent progressions to help you move better and feel stronger.

Expect deep, purposeful ranges, thoughtful loading and exercises that support joints, build resilience and translate directly into your main lifts and everyday movement. Everything is scalable, never rushed, and programmed with intent.

REFORMER ROOM

A mirror leaning against the wall reflects a bed frame and radiator, with a wooden dresser adorned with lit candles, a vase of flowers, and decorative wall panels.

REFORMER PILATES

Is a natural extension of our holistic approach to strength training, offering a new dimension to your movement journey. While we’re rooted in functional strength and weight training, Reformer Pilates complements and enhances this foundation, bringing balance to your body and mind.

THE CONCEPT

Is designed to build precision, control and importantly, in line with our core values, strength. We prioritise real teaching over just telling, so you can understand how to move your body better - forever.

Our approach to reformer pilates is fully rounded and holistic, underpinning classical pilates with a more traditional approach. All of our classes will include at least one sequence involving props, including small weights, to create synergy between reformer, lift and life.

THE CLASSES

REFORMER FOUNDATIONS (LEVEL 1)

Our Level 1 Foundations class is where strong, smart Reformer practice begins.

Designed to support beginners or anyone wanting to refine their technique, this class focuses on the core principles of Reformer Pilates β€” control, alignment, breath, and strength. The sequencing is layered and intentional, meaning it’s accessible if you’re new, but can also be adapted to challenge you as you grow.

Whether you’re starting your Reformer journey, returning after time away, or looking to build deeper understanding in your practice, Foundations provides the tools you need to move well β€” with confidence and clarity.

We ask all clients who are new to Reformer to start here before trying our Signature Reformer classes. As a guide, we suggest attending at least four sessions β€” but there’s no pressure to move on quickly. Many of our clients choose to stay with Foundations for longer, as it offers a structured, progressive approach that continues to develop strength and skill over time.

This isn’t just a stepping stone β€” it’s a space to build a strong, lasting foundation for your practice.

SIGNATURE REFORMER (LEVEL 2)

Our Signature Reformer class is for those with an existing Reformer practice. You’ll need to have completed at least four Reformer Foundations classes in studio, or have prior experience from elsewhere. If our teachers feel you’d benefit from further Foundations sessions first, they will advise you.

Expect a dynamic, progressive class focused on building strength, control and precision. You’ll work through more advanced sequences, with variations layered in by your teacher to help you continue developing and challenging your practice.

This is where you refine your technique and take your Reformer training to the next level.

STRENGTH REFORMER (LEVEL 3)

Level 3 Strength Reformer is an intermediate to advanced flow designed to both strengthen and condition β€” physically and mentally. This is where we turn 'weakness' into strength, and technical curiosity into confidence. Expect deep workshopping, layered sequences, and a steady but challenging pace. You'll use props at times to add intensity, but this isn’t about moving fast β€” it’s about moving with purpose. Train how your teacher trains: with focus, precision, and progress.

You must have a very established and recent practice already to participate in this class.

IS SMALLER REALLY BETTER?

In this case. Yes. More often than not group exercise classes are overcrowded and overpopulated. Your coach doesn’t see you, let alone know your name. You never learn anything, so you chase calories burned instead as a sign that it’s been a good work out. You leave feeling more beaten up than built up.

We refuse to do that. Our priority is you and your experience. We want you to feel like a part of this community, not just another face in the crowd. That’s the real boutique experience.

So yes, in this case: smaller is better. This isn’t quantity over quality fitness. This is putting a real premium on your body, your health and your overall well-being fitness.
