Beginner Inductions

We run Beginner Inductions on Friday at 11am and Sunday at 12.15pm every month for those who are new to heavy lifting and/or have never been in a weightlifting space before.

The Lift Room Inductions take place with Jodie, the Founder + Head of Fitness. These sessions are staggered throughout the month (every 28 days) and can be found by filtering our calendar.

These sessions will take you through:

Fundamental movement patterns featuring the squat, deadlift and press. Plus - how to adapt them for you.

Proper breath and bracing.

How to apply progressive overload.

And more…

There will then be time to ask Jodie any questions.
