Built Studios has always been a labour of love. What started as an idea has grown into a space that feels unique, supportive, and strong — shaped not just by what we do, but by the people behind
Candlelit Reformer 🕯️ 
Saturdays · 11am · with Sam

A slower rhythm. A class that’s about length, space and connection. Under candlelight, the reformer becomes a place to soften into stretch and mobility, to move with control and Our September–October Strength Lab and Cali x Strength Lab focuses are here ⚡️

Each session is built around a main lift or movement pattern, followed by accessories — always with the goal of building strength and synergy. These are the m ✨ Bank Holiday Mondays often leave us feeling a bit unsettled. ✨
