Week 2 of Summer Nights Run Club ๐ŸŒ™๐Ÿƒ‍โ™€๏ธ

Last week we got our benchmark in. This week we’re introducing a little bit of interval work.

Nothing scary, just a chance to start playing with pace and building confidence.

With the rain Did someone say… more Strength Lab Foundations? ๐Ÿ‘€

Designed for just 6 people per class, Strength Lab Foundations is our beginner-friendly small group strength training class. Perfect if you’re completely new to lifting, returning after Summer Nights Run Club starts this Thursday. Will you be there? ๐Ÿ‘€

12 weeks. One run a week. Programmed & led by @laura_raineri - this is a chance to build confidence, improve your fitness and spend your summer moving with a great group of women STRENGTH MONTH IS ALMOST HERE ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ

At Built, our Strength Lab programming runs in three-month cycles.

The first month is about learning. The second month is about building. And the third month is what we call Strength Month.

From June - It’s It turns out ‘divine feminine energy’ just means… strong 

A strength training space designed by women. For women. One that can be undeniably feminine; but also lean into hardness, cooler tones, and sometimes even a sharper edge 

Beautiful studios are nice. Meaningful ones are nicer.

We designed our studio to feel feminine, but strong. A reflection of the duality of being a woman. But more than anything, we cared about how it felt.

Clean. Minimal. Low stimulation.

Friday night fully booked in the Lift Room…? no worries. We’ve got you with a brand spanking new 5.30pm & 6.30pm - both Lvl 1 and Lvl 2 in Reformer.

The end of the week can’t come sooner.
Fridays are getting an upgrade at Built… 

From June, we’re adding Conditioning Club to Friday lunchtime with Sara. 

So your midday training options now look like:
12pm Strength Lab
1:10pm Conditioning Club
…or both if you’ Calisthenics at Built is split into two lanes…
