On March 8th, for every single person who walks through our studio doors, we’ll donate £5 to ActionAid - a charity supporting women and girls globally.
If you’re in class that day, moving your body, lifting, flowing, sweating - you’re part of it.

INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY
SUNDAY 15TH MARCH - 10AM
This Mother’s Day, bring your child into the studio and train together.
This is a fun, fully guided partner session for mums and children aged 8–14 (boys and girls welcome). Nothing intimidating, nothing overly technical - just a safe, supportive space to move, learn and work as a team.
It’s a chance for them to see you in action. To experience the kind of environment you train in. To feel strong in a space designed for that.
We’ll keep it simple, structured and enjoyable - with light weights, bodyweight movements and plenty of encouragement throughout.
The goal? Connection now. Confidence long term. And hopefully the start of a lifelong love of movement.

MUM + ME MOTHER’S DAY
SUNDAY 22ND MARCH - 2PM
The skill you’ve always wanted to be able to do.
The strict ring muscle-up isn’t just about strength - it’s about understanding how to move on the rings with control, confidence and precision. And once it clicks, everything changes.
In this 2 hour 30 minute workshop, Andrea will teach you what actually makes a ring muscle-up work and exactly what to train to move closer to your first strict rep.
Expect high-level coaching, serious strength work, and the kind of technical insight that makes you feel powerful on the rings.
