What is Run + Yap?
Run + Yap is our redesigned and rebranded women-centred run club. Itโs about making running feel safe, social, and accessible โ whether youโre a seasoned runner or completely new.
Each session is a relaxed 5K around Crystal Palace Park, with two groups so you can choose the pace that feels right for you:
The Pace Group โ for anyone who wants to run a little faster and stretch themselves.
The Yap Group โ a steady, social jog (or jog/walk) where the emphasis is on moving, chatting, and enjoying the community.
